Pros

Enjoy working relationships with decent coworkers, trying to do their best in a toxic working environment.

Cons

This nonprofit is NOT honest or transparent. Major HR challenges - senior leadership will not address workplace harassment issues. Clients have no confidence. Talented people never stay, or are driven away.

Our employees are our most valuable asset and we take claims of harassment seriously. We have instituted mandatory training and disciplinary measures to ensure IBTS is a safe work environment for our employees. We invite you to share your concerns with our Human Capital (HRhelp@ibts.org) and/or Legal (legal@ibts.org) teams. Transparency is also improving, with our refreshed management team sharing more information than ever before. We have brought a lot of new, experienced people on board in the last year to help bring IBTS forward. Again, please address your concerns to HRhelp@ibts.org and/or legal@ibts.org and we will respond within two business days.

Pros

Reason why im still at IBTS is that they invest back into the employee with certifications bonus and work.

Cons

Management plays favorites sometimes which can make productivity weak and few employees left holding all the work.

We appreciate your input, thank you! At IBTS we do try to invest back into our employees through continuing education opportunities, tuition reimbursement, and certification bonuses. We do also understand your concerns and are looking into how we can best address this to ensure that productivity remains high and that work is distributed evenly across the organization.

Pros

IBTS invests in its employees. Career development and training are a priority. Work is rewarding and meaningful. Employees are passionate and dedicated. Excellence and dedication are encouraged rewarded. Executive leadership strives to inspire employees and participates in training sessions along with employees.

Cons

This is a large and growing company, and not everyone knows what's going on outside their division. Work is rewarding, but can be all-consuming at times.

Thank you for your review; at IBTS we definitely value investing in our employees' growth and are glad that you are able to take advantage of this benefit! We are also working to improve our internal communications so that each division feels more connected. With such rapid growth of the organization, this is certainly an area where we can place a greater focus on.
