We appreciate feedback from our employees. Thanks to that feedback, during the past year, IBTS has made several significant improvements and enhancements to our employee benefits to include: decreasing the out-of-pocket costs through significant reductions in deductibles, decreasing the per-pay-period-cost share with increased % paid by the employer, addition of short term disability offering for all staff at no cost, increase of life insurance maximums, enhancements to plan designs within medical, dental and vision to include items such as increases in specific non-traditional items (i.e. orthodontics, implants, etc.).
