      Pros

      Innovative market changing and still leading product. Pervasive view of exceptional quality because of the lives affected by the product. Committed to changing the standard of care in Diabetes

      Cons

      Danger of being a one trick pony. Product really needs to be a platform. Really long FDA approval cycles limit innovation.

      Pros

      It was just a job like any other. Other than that, none.

      Cons

      I was there a few years ago. Worked with five or six immigrants in the shipping dept. that held cell phones to their ear all day non-stop. There was a newly promoted supervisor that mumbled "stupid Americans" under his breath from time to time. It's mass production in a confusing, arrogant warehouse and no one wanted to hear about any new ideas whatsoever. The offices were stuffy and had a very corporate atmosphere. Too robotic.

      Pros

      Laid back environment, nice facilities and people. Company has a lot of potential for growth and makes a great life enhancing product.

      Cons

      Unorganized, poor leadership and training. Too many people for the amount of work to go around. Needs to modernize the flow and operation of daily routines.
