Depressing - have potential but dont seem interested in engaging employees outside of R&D

Pros

workers are a great mix of smart people, who want and can do more customers using core product are happy (great brand names) excellent customer support

Cons

no new products released this year or last year mgt resting in invory towers making important decisions totally removed from workers or customers serious underinvestment in marketing/online presence/customer research/user content no strategy or plan for achieving aggressive growth targets high turnover in management recently (might be because of all the above!) treat employees like naughty children

1.) Extremely political 2.) Extremely short sighted - With prospects,customers and employees 3.) Extremely ignorant - market activity and how this should correlate with product development and with regard to employee and customer relations 4.) Painfully delusional with regards to the importance to the market of their solutions and the general business strategy 5.) Canabalistic - no accountability by management and a general culture of "get your head up the bosses #%! and throw the other guy under the bus"

Pros

As someone mentioned before, it's always fun to watch the people get drunk at the Christmas party.

Cons

Everything - Pay: The compensation plan looks good on paper but they find ways not to pay. - Leadership: Corrupt and incompetent. - Work life balance: Zero. Employees are treated very badly and expected to give "110% effort". - Culture & Values: No ethics. Executives will do what's best for them and don't care about the long term benefit to the company.
