      Horrible Training, Unfriendly Managers and Trainers

      Pros

      It’s a pay check and I guess it pays somewhat ok for an entry level job. Benefits are pretty decent.

      Cons

      Training is horrible. Company permits bias an favoritism among the management and training team. Management hand picks their favorite employees. You can’t be more intelligent or smarter than the training department or other because they will fear for their job. They hire employees who are not cut out for the job. Training consisted of stupid activities which have no relevance to the position. If you like an unequal, hostile work environment with a lot of back stabbing and no HR support then work here.

      Pros

      Good pay and excellent healthcare benefits, although the premiums have gone up substantially in recent times.

      Cons

      There are NO senior women with executive authority in this company. Yes, there are some that oversee typically 'female' positions like HR or marketing but you'll never see a woman with any shred of authority to actually make an executive decision. Or, the ones that did have all been demoted/removed/eliminated. More female executives have been fired or left the company in the last 2 years than hired--not a good sign. Women, if your career matters to you, you won't matter here.

      Pros

      -One of the most global-attitude driven companies I've worked for, and I've worked for many larger companies -Extremely diverse culture, people from all regions and backgrounds -Company has clear sense of purpose; to help people in difficult health situations

      Cons

      -Extremely savage and ruthless management -Singapore head management is very,very,very,very demanding. This defines the culture of the company which is: company first! profits second and employee's last! -15 hour work days -Too much traveling; always on long haul trips, always in economy....=(
