Pros

Flexible schedule and great pay

Cons

Very fast paced, highly stressful, toxic and demanding work environment. Coordinators are expected handle extremely complex request with very little to no support from management. Your race and relationships with upper management determined your altitude. Management was extremely poor and managers lack basic people and leadership skills. The service provided is unmatched but a lot of internal issues need to be dealt with! I wouldn't ever recommend anyone to work here, it is not worth the stress nor aggravation

Medical teams and coordinators provding assistance are top notch and highly trained Core service is still market leader, particularly for companies sending employees to Asia Fills in gap and provides good solution to direct healthcare in foreign countries Many satisfied clients who have used services First in market for many medical and security solutions

Cons

Treats employees terribly and does not value the good of the group Technology is archaic Does not practice value and solutions selling but rather "close the sale before end of quarter" mayhem

Opportunities abundant for top tier, scarce for lower and mid level

Pros

European (almost) vacation standards, 22 days for employees at mid levels, global company, opportunities to move in company (if at right level). Compensation is solid.

Cons

Seems that C-levels are focused on career development of only senior management, not lower management or the "worker bees". Very top heavy organization. Unnecessarily complex organization (matrix). Promotion not always merit based. Highly bureaucratic.
