Pros

Most of the people who work at Intrax are bright, hard-working, and competent. Just about everyone speaks multiple languages, has lived abroad, and believe in the mission of bringing people and cultures together. In some divisions there is an opportunity to travel abroad. Intrax people are generally great people to work with. Properly led then left to their own devices, they would provide all the ideas needed to right the ship.

Cons

A lack of transparency (in budgets, decision-making, and even frequent re-orgs that make year-on-year comparisons difficult) leads to a lack of trust. Employees often feel that they are pitted against one another. Low pay can be mitigated with positive reinforcement, but that doesn't happen much outside of Ayusa. A few people in leadership playing their own private Game of Thrones create a negative environment for many.

Pros

On the ground level, the employees at peer level are nice people, friendly. The location of the office is convenient. If you have a good relationship with your direct manager, you can have more flexibility at work. There isn't a huge stress to work late or much overtime - it's rather relaxed (which is a mentality that can actually be a con when trying to actually get things done that require help from others).

Cons

They keep the pay averages on the low end of all salary ranges, and give meager raises. Stifling corporate environment that does not produce much creativity (many times well-supported and researched ideas from below get stopped at the top). The lack of resources across departments means that there aren't typically enough staff and money to do the work (or do it properly) upper management wants done. There is very little transparency across the board, with very poor data analysis capabilities to boot, so the lack of support to measure marketing tactics makes a marketers job more difficult and vague than it need be. I would question the health of the business for the future - and how long Intrax will be as large of a company as it is now.
