Pros

Good company with good benefits, good retirement, company really cares about their employees. The pay is very good for the work you do

Cons

Lots and lots of driving, on call every 8 weeks for 1 week, forced full Saturday when on call and forced day off during the week so your Saturday isn't paid OT

Pros

Love working with the people at Invitation Homes. Great benefits. You have to be open minded to changes and learning new things. Great opportunity to learn and for self development.

Cons

Needs more technical and communicational skill training. Hope there are more career growing opportunities. Some cross position/department training will be appropriated as well.

Pros

Great employees! The field employees are very friendly and try to support each other through teamwork. There is definitely a disconnect between corporate and the field. If you like change, this is the company for you. If you like consistency and need structure this is most likely not the company for you.

Cons

Amount of work given and not a lot of support from corporate.
