Pros

Easy data entry work. You hear about what goes on in the real estate world, which can be amusing at times.

Cons

Too much downtime. I finish doing the leads within 2 hours then have 3 hours left of work to sit there. I would prefer a job that was busier so I have more work to do. I'd rather stay busy.

Pros

It's a job, they sometimes do fun things, and they offer full benefits

Cons

All upper management is wacked, they are firing people almost weekly, just announced all the POAs will lose their positions and its been very hostile in the office since we got the new VP. Most people are under paid and severly overworked whether its maintenance or the communities, not much recognition, and before long you can expect your work responsibilities to increase dramatically but with no overtime to get it done, and no additional pay
