Pros

Horrible management, unorganized and there is really no future for anyone here, but you can say it's the easiest CSR JOB in the state!

Cons

The pay is very low, they have very little well-managed departments! Upper level execs are creepy across all channels and turnover is massive!

Pros

The employees were great to work with and everyone put their best foot forward despite the working conditions.

Cons

Management appeared not to care about the employees only the bottom line and their pockets. Most employees who have experience and an education leave when they find employment elsewhere.
