With a msassive growth came lots of change, and if you don't adapt to change it is probably not a good fit

I like the people I worked with and the level of autonomy I had.

Cons

Bureaucracy and red-tape. Very little thinking outside the box

Pros

Work load is manageable. Most work orders a simple and most difficult work orders go to vendor

Cons

Micro managed. But as long as your work is complete and do your job description there won't be issue
