Good pay, poor management

Pros

Good pay, flexibility to work from home and the office

Cons

Portfolio Director/Supervisor’s nit pick, micromanage, and do not offer support when it’s needed. They waste the employee’s time and cause unnecessary stress. Career pathing is non-existent. When someone leaves the company, Management selects who they want to fill the role, regardless of seniority or job performance. There is no communication or opportunity to express interest in the position.
