Pros

Invitation Homes (IH) is a great company that promotes within. I started as a temporary employee in 2015. Since I started with the company, I've earned two promotions. They recognize and reward dedicated employees with great incentives. IH offers great and competitive pay. The company supports work/life balance. Management is very supportive, the office environment feels like you are working with family, and overall, I am very happy working at Invitation Homes. The company genuinely cares about its employees, is always looking for ways to ensure we are happy, and goes above and beyond for its employees. I highly recommend working at Invitation Homes.

Cons

The workload can be very demanding during certain times of the month. Would like better health and supplement insurance coverage
