Pros

As a blanket statement, IH is an incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive organization. The leadership is second to none. IH truly takes care and supports every employee, big and small, equally - which in turn pours out into the way we serve each individual resident. I'm honored to be part of this team.

Cons

Because no day looks the same with residents, there are many unanticipated circumstances in which are hard to structure training around. There are times where you learn as you go and call for one to be creatively solution oriented. However, there is always a strong support system behind you.

Pros

The company is focused on a work-life balance and has a family oriented environment that promotes commodity amongst associates. As a leading company in the industry, it supports and encourages innovation and potential for growth in the years to come. Overall, this is a great job to have. We're compensated competitively for our performance with incentives and the company shows a strong sense of concern for our total well being.

Cons

As so many people are happy in their roles with the company, there is a longer wait to advance within the company. Obvious issues and concerns are often are consistently overlooked or undermined as they may not affect the general population.
