Pros

We have flexibility. Good teammates who are willing to work together to accomplish metrics. If you are willing to put in the dedication there is opportunity to learn cross functional tasks. Again you have to be dedicated and want it for yourself.

Cons

constant change in direction, comes with the business. You have to have an understanding of business moves in order to understand the whys and set aside your personal feelings. Someone who is adaptable to constant change can thrive in this environment.

Pros

The culture at this company is fantastic. There is always support and everyone with the knowledge and skills to help resolve issues will jump in and share all of their extremely helpful tools.

Cons

The volume can be very high at times, but the support provided by the team really makes this a small issue.
