Invitation Homes is still growing. As they grow there are numerous opportunities to move up or over promoting career growth. They have adopted a flexible work schedule program that allows employees to work from home part of the week based on performance. This is a great way to promote more of a life-work balance. The leadership provides open communication and feedback and really want their employees involved. It's a great company to be a part of and I look forward to what's next.

Cons

As with any company that is still growing there are challenges and changes that happen frequently. Change is good. It shows that we are always moving towards something better.

I started as a field-level associate and worked my way up the position ladder. If you work hard and dedicate yourself it will not go unnoticed, everyone is given an opportunity to make a difference and drive the company to the greater good as well as advance through different roles.

This is a fast-paced environment that is going to challenge you, but if your ready for an adventure this is the place to be.
