Pros

Very family-oriented company. A large focus on creating a more efficient workflow with processes and technology at the forefront. Still relatively young, so we are able to help create process, procedure, and culture within your specific market.

Cons

We can have a lot of initiative launch at the same time, but it can be managed with discipline and organization.
