Pros

You can learn about the business from this company. And they will teach you all that you need to know. And some of the people their were the best to work with

Cons

The President of the company is super rude. Would only speak to you if you were talking to someone one that she wanted to talk to. She would walk pass you and not say good morning or good night. And the only people she would say good job to would be the managers. But we made them look good.

Pros

Invitation Homes is an energizing, growing business. This is a great environment for individuals who are goal driven, love to dig into building great solutions, and love seeing your efforts in action. The Invitation Homes leadership is committed to continual growth and change to ensure our associate's and resident's needs are met. If you are looking to contribute immediately, bring a sense of fun and excitement to work, and want to make a difference, I highly recommend considering Invitation Homes. I love working for Invitation Homes and our outlook is strong.

Cons

Being leaders in a new industry, there is constant change. This isn't necessarily a negative, but individuals need to understand and embrace a culture of change. It can be overwhelming for some.
