      I never thought the people that I work with would make such a difference. Invitation Homes has the best employees that all care about each other.

      Cons

      There are really no cons. If you hate real estate then you will probably hate invitation homes.

      Pros

      The staff that remains are made up of some of the best people I've ever worked with. They give their all to IH and genuinely care about the residents. It was a family environment in the office.

      Cons

      New Senior Management ruined that family environment. Everyone began despising their job and it's not an exaggeration to say that no one in the office enjoys working at IH anymore. The company has sold their soul for their bottom line.
