It’s just not how we want to operate. We pride ourselves on an open door policy at all levels. I encourage you to escalate your desire to speak up to another level or to another person that you feel comfortable with. Open door policy doesn’t mean you can only go to your supervisor. Others are willing to listen, too. Speak to who you feel comfortable with. And thank you for pointing out we have good people. So true.
