Pros

Flexibility, Relax Environment, Activity

Cons

Minimum room for growth depends on whom you socialize with and kiss butt. Pay is horrible once again depends on whom you are and the color of your skin company shows unbelievable favoritism its insane. Workplace drama and lots of unprofessionalism. If you come in as a TEMP be prepared to NEVER get HIRED and be treated as a NOBODY. The Company is pretty much relocating to Dallas so don't consider this to be a life long career path.

Your comments about your experience are troubling and do not reflect our values and commitment to treating our associates with respect and care. Invitation Homes is dedicated to helping our associates grow and develop as we build the company. We regret that you did not have a good experience at Invitation Homes. If associates feel that they are not being treated fairly, we encourage them to speak to their supervisors or to have confidential conversations with their Human Resource representative so that we can resolve the issues.

Pros

There are absolutely no pros about this dump.

Cons

Poor leadership, no fairness in the workplace. Everything about this place ia ALL bad. Please don't bother wasting your time applying for this company. They treat employees like they don't care. Just there for a check.

Pros

the people i worked with were family to me.

Cons

absolutely no consistency in policies - one day it's one way, the next day it's different AND you get in trouble for not knowing the new policy of the day the customer is always right has been taken to a new level - customers are actually ALLOWED to speak to you however, and if you try to give the phone to someone else so you don't have to be spoken to like that, managers are completely unwilling to help.

Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. Policies and procedures are in place, although in the interest of improvement we do update them. We always ensure communication, and training when needed, accompanies changes. Many of our best ideas for improvement have come from our associates in the field.
