Pros

some of my colleagues in Jacksonville are really great to work with

Cons

very inexperienced, ineffective leadership abilities in the POD's. They say they have years of experience but they are clueless on home to manage their own workload, their subordinates training and supervision, and most importantly their residents.

Poor treatment of employees in corporate office

Pros

Learn to do new things. Great opportunity to get your feet wet. I think the CEO means well and wants the employees to be happy.

Cons

Work many hours for little pay. I am making almost double since I left. I was spoke down to many times and treated with disrespect. There is no such thing as work life balance. No room for advancement since corporate office has such a small number of people.
