The company promotes a positive culture and favorable environment for associate and residents. The executive team is responsive, proactive and open to ideas to improve the associate and resident experience, operational processes and the bottom-line. Invitation Homes is a terrific place to work, call home and grow relationships with upstanding individuals.

      Cons

      We have an extensive number of reports, programs, and acronyms. While improving methods to measure results is beneficial, an established short list of go to reports and a glossary of acronyms would assist current and future associates.
