Pros

The pay is good, and they give us a lot of PTO. We have vacation hours, floating holidays, paid volunteer time, and sick time. There is also a policy for paid maternity/paternity leave. The management team cares about their employees and are always available to listen to your concerns. They are open to ideas from employees and are always looking for ways to make things run more efficiently.

Cons

Certain times of the month are much busier than usual, which means longer hours. Policy changes can be frequent.

Pros

This company values their employees. Associate Care is a top priority. They want us to feel valued, appreciated and most of all respected. They listen to employee feedback and make changes swiftly to make sure we know we are heard. They have introduced "Flex Scheduling" allowing employees to work in a hybrid environment that allows for us to work at home and still meet the needs of the business. I still have about 15 years before I can retire and that will be with Invitation Homes. NO Salary or Job Title can persuade to leave IH.

Cons

NOT REALLY A CON, simply a suggestion - While I understand the value of Diversity and its impact on the work place, we need to remain as ONE TEAM - UNITED. NO need for separate groups, we all feel valued and work better when blended :)
