Thank you for your comments. Invitation Homes is focused on being the premier choice in single family home leasing. We do it by delivering on a commitment to continuing to enhance the living experiences of our residents. That's a commitment that hasn't changed -- and it won't change. As we grow and forge a new industry, however, we're learning and will of course need to make adjustments in how we deliver on that commitment. We are thankful to our team for their ability to change as needed to provide the best possible outcomes for our residents, associates and stakeholders, and we are taking measures to minimize the challenges these changes present to our employees.
