Pros

Fun people Social Events Benefits (could be better) The most unprofessional professional environment ever

Cons

Pay Depends on who you're friends with/who you're related tol Same work/positions but noticeably different treatment of certain employees Unqualified people in management positions Excessive pressure on POAs (they make or break the entire property management/leasing side but get no credit) Unnecessarily requiring weekend work Renewal bonus is literally a tank of gas (maybe) for the people who make the renewals happen but manager literally gets 10x more Property managers often assign their duties to the asst or POA False promises Tattle Tell Culture No job security

Thank you for your comments. IH has been continually evolving since its inception a mere three years ago. As part of that evolution is a recent increased focus on communication, training and a service based culture as evidenced by the hiring of a new Director of Training and creation and hiring for a new position, Director of Customer Service. We appreciate your comments and believe you will see progress in these areas as these individuals begin to contribute in their new roles.
