Pros

I have worked with Invitation Homes for close to 9 years and have had nothing but a positive experience. We are always looking to improve to set ourselves apart as a best in class organization. It's a family-like atmosphere with a positive culture and the best part about the company is the people. Every day brings a new challenge and the fast paced environment brings much needed energy and excitement to my career.

Cons

There aren't any detractors that come to mind. We move fast, but often of necessity as we are always looking to enhance our associate and customer experience.

Pros

This was by far the best career choice I have made. I have a great team members and upper management is always there to support us. The work environment with invitation homes is top notch from the local markets to our two corporate offices in Dallas and Phoenix. With 15+ years in this industry I can honestly say working for invitation homes has been my best experience the industry. I would recommend working here if your looking for a great company and team.

Cons

Other than the local traffic we deal with to get to the offices…I do not have one con I can think of about my current employment and company.

Pros

I’m a newer employee, but quickly discovered that the people are the best part of working here. It really is a family feel and everyone cares and looks out for their coworkers.

Cons

In order to be more competitive, I think the vacation policy should be updated
