Pros

I love my new job! It is fast paced, great team, comparable salary and benefits package. My divisional president is supportive, knowledgeable and wonderful to work for; I see why his ex-employees gave him such glowing remarks.

Cons

Its not really a con for me but there are constant changes so you must be flexible!

Pros

Some of the people you work with are good.

Cons

Senior management in Dallas does not have a good understanding of what they are asking the field to do. They keep reducing the staff size and adding more work to the remaining employees. But they don't cut staff in the corporate office.
