Great Company - Great Benefits

Pros

Working at Invitation Homes is a wonderful experience as the teamwork and support staff is always available. The benefits are a large plus as well. Definitely a company that stands out in this industry.

Cons

The only downside to Invitation Homes is the unreasonable expectation for the positions, including the non-flexible pay but expectation for personal time sacrifice and flexibility on the employee for the work/life balance. The bonus structure change is a perfect example.....more work on each employee, with lower bonus pay and less incentive. Unfortunately, typical for this industry.
