Not a whole lot of face to face interaction. Most communication is through email or text.

Cons

The company is growing quickly and has had growing pains . Be adaptable and ready for your job requirements to change.

Decent pay. Decent benefits. Co-workers are helpful and good to work with.

Cons

Horrible communication, processes are not the most efficient. They only care about their investors. They do not listen to general staff concerns. The local office managers do not know what they are doing.
