Pros

Collaborative and flat work environment. I worked in the Dallas office and you could feel comfortable interactive with the receptionist to the CEO. Solid leadership. Smart and fun teammates.

Cons

Expect long hours and high expectations

Pros

So much respect and transparency for the staff and the residents, from the CEO to local leadership. So many mentors and leaders willing to take you under their wing and teach you anything they know to grow you. Company and local VPO set clear career path options and supports while driving performance daily.

Cons

As with any ever changing business, the focus pivots weekly, sometimes multiple times a week. Can be hard to manage and easy to get into holes but leadership always turns around, listens to staff feedback and work to make it better next time. We always grow more successful through the chaos!
