Pros

Tight knit community. I felt like family. I was paid generously even as a temp.

Cons

I was there for about 5 months as a temp. My biggest gripe is that they fired my supervisor, and as a result meant that I would no longer be working there. Im ok with all of that, but I wish they at least would have been honest about it with me. The last day I was there, I assumed I would continue working. They never felt the need to contact me to tell me they no longer need me.

Pros

Salaries are fair and benefits are adequate. With the exception of a few people playing politics and a department that has the atmosphere of a kindergarten classroom, the team atmosphere is great and the people are fantastic to work with.

Cons

The early hiring practices were perplexing due to being hired to work in a real estate investment firm with little or no real estate experience. This seemed to cause some issues at first, but things seem to be working themselves out as their lack of market and other relevant knowledge became obvious.
