Pros

I had the opportunity to work with some very nice people in an upbeat, fun atmosphere. Management was always coming up with ways to make the company a fun place to work.

Cons

Young company going through a lot of change. Work was fast paced and a lot of hours required to accomplish production needs and still maintain quality. Apparent disconnect between corporate and field leaves you with a feeling of being used and under appreciated. Local level management however, constantly showed their appreciation and support.

Pros

Learned some new skills and met some great people.

Cons

Used to be a fun place to work with great interdepartmental relationships but the atmosphere has changed. Now there is animosity between departments and positions, due in part by the falsehoods presented by management.

Pros

Great pay but that's it

Cons

You'll be laid off in two years. The turn around is insane.
