Pros

My coworkers were great - management less so. Work-life balance was encouraged, although no tele-commuting. Pay was above average, and 401k was matched and 100% vested. Management has lots of industry experience.

Cons

A culture of "it's not my fault, it's theirs" was created - rather than encourage employees to take action to remedy problems, and to ensure long-term tenant relationships, management only seemed concerned about problems if tenants complained to Yelp or other review sites. This was the only office that I've ever worked in where it was implied that departments should not hang out after work - it was almost discouraged to go to lunch with someone in another department. Lack of real morale event planning from management/HR.

Pros

Fellow team members is what makes coming to work worthwhile. The benefit package is nice as it's what led me to apply.

Cons

Poor managers and disorganized processes. Change is good, but they change the rules daily you never know what is right.
