Pros

Growing company, great co-workers and strong work/life balance. Downtown Dallas location is easily commutable. Management team is seasoned in the industry.

Cons

Fast paced environment is not for everyone. Growth results in change on a regular basis. If you like a slow pace, this is not the environment for you.

Pros

The Heath care benefits were good if you were able to afford them. Some members of management seemed to know what they were doing.

Cons

A completely chaotic and ever changing environment. The policies changed at the Corporate office and the employees in the regional offices didn't know about the changes till weeks or months later.
