Pros

Pay and benefits are very good. Strong financial backing, good growth trajectory, experienced senior management who understand property management and will be able to take this company to the next level.

Cons

Lack of communication on the part of senior management about company direction. The only constant here is change, which isn't all bad, but when combined with the lack of communication can be frustrating at times.

Pros

None. You are expected to have ZERO life outside of IH.

Cons

Poor management. They will call you a part timer if you work less than 60 hours a week and talk to you horribly.

Pros

Most of my co-workers are great to work with

Cons

Lack of organization structure. Favoritism is the only way to get ahead in this company. People aren't hired or promoted based upon their skill level and work ethic.
