Unprofessional company, poor upper management!

Pros

Health & dental benefits are good

Cons

There is a lack of organization & proper leadership! No polices & procedures,no opportunities for advancement, unless you are from one particular department. Upper management transfers only the people they want to transfer while telling others no we don't transfer. One department is allowed to take as many breaks as they want and as long as they want playing sports outback, running errands on company time while other departments are working all the time, & very long hours. Lots of drama! You have no life if you work for this company.
