Pros

Some of the people are nice but most are rude will curse you out, threaten you and management does nothing. Very unprofessional enviroment. No opportunity for growt. Política and favoritism.Job repititious. Most agents are very unprofessional. Dont waste your time unless your desperate other than that.7-10 people packed in different hot offices on top of each other.fire marshall has been their several times because of complaint. Overworked unappreciated and under paid. If you help make an agent 10000 a week you should get paid at least 1000 per week because he Did all the hard Leg work. Keep in moms you have 7_10agent that you handle with at least20applications a piece a day. Itscrazy.Doesnt pay enough to deal with the Office bullies.

Cons

Pay,bullies, unprofessional start and management,no skill building,no Dion for growth, politics favoritism and a whole por of thugs.

Pros

They are able to adapt and adjust quickly because still small in nature. Great team that I am currently on! My boss is positive and supportive and almost everyone at the executive level has an open door policy.

Cons

Moving too fast, so sometimes have to catch up with policies, processes, etc. and company is trying to figure out the culture.
