      Amazing learning opportunities alongside some of the industry’s best. Absolutely love the 'team' approach and knowing that I have an incredible support system!

      Cons

      Ever-changing environment which for some can be overwhelming. A lot is expected of you with little direction - again, overwhelming if this is not a strength.

      Pros

      I love working here. I've been with the company for about 8 months. It's a great work environment, I love the culture, all of the people I work with are very friendly, and I really feel like the company strives to treat it's employees right and to do what's right for the employee. Also, because it's a new company, and is always growing, there is lots of opportunity for growth with the company.

      Cons

      It's a new company so things are always changing on a daily basis. However, it keeps you on your toes. :)

      Exciting company growth and volume. Great collaboration. Career advancement. Great atmosphere to work in. Wonderful benefits. Excellent management and support.

      Cons

      Workload can be tough without working together. However, team work is for the most part essential. Very fast paced.
