Pros

This is a young company that encourages the exchange of ideas. We are growing so fast and that fact is exciting. The people I work for are at the top in their field. There is an open-door policy starting with the C-level management.

Cons

Again, the company is still young and grasping to form an identity. We need to incorporate a more relaxed culture when it comes to team-building events.
