Pros

Enjoy working with great people. Downtown location very close to Dart Rail. in the Bank of America building.

Cons

Too much change with no clear direction explained to staff. Staff needs to be informed so that we can be part of the interactive process. If our voice is not material, then why should we be invested in the success of the company. We need to be a part of the team to be able to move the team and company forward.

Pros

I've loved doing contract work with Invitation Homes. The company is creative and inspires me to come up with new ideas. The staff truly cares about its employees and residents.

Cons

I don't work in the office, so I don't know what the company culture is like at the headquarters.
