Pros

The company benefits are good. The "culture club" tries to engage employees in activities. The benefit package is better than some.

Cons

Complete chaos. IH is a relatively new company they have a long way to go before becoming efficient. Their practices are questionable with regards to real estate licensing requirements. However, they will promote from within even if you failed the real estate test. Also, they have laid off several employee due to "streamlining" functions. However, by doing so they added more tasks to already other departments. Management has a just "get it done" mentality.

Pros

The Heath care benefits were good if you were able to afford them. Some members of management seemed to know what they were doing.

Cons

A completely chaotic and ever changing environment. The policies changed at the Corporate office and the employees in the regional offices didn't know about the changes till weeks or months later.
