Pros

Learning and growth opportunities are abundant at Invitation Homes! My background is in Banking, and I have, with the help of my very talented coworkers, learned more about Property Management than I ever imagined in my short time employed by Invitation Homes. I am amazed (almost daily) by Invitation Homes' fast-paced yet support-oriented culture...!

Cons

I cannot think of any cons at this time! The Invitation Homes Management teams offer an open-door policy, which is helpful when or if an employee needs guidance! There are NO stupid questions!
