Pros

Great people, good benefits, flexible schedule that works into my family life.

Cons

Downtown Dallas location can be a bit dicey because of construction but that will be gone soon.

Pros

Amazing growth opportunities with vast learning opportunities. Has work-life balance and accommodates employee needs. Most importantly appreciates their employees and the work they do. Management is always looking for ways to grow and improve the company.

Cons

I love the company and have not found anything major that hinders the excellent work environment.
