Terrible management - revolving door

Business Outlook

Pros

Well, you got paid every two weeks.

Cons

Improperly trained management, the staff that handled our area (kilo gamma, delta baker, kilo alpha) all should go to some type of management training, all three are just bullies, big brother, micromanagers and have absolutely no respect for all staff member. If you like being discriminated, harassed, belittled, sworn at and generally disrespected, this is the job for you The pay is terrible for what your expected to accomplish in a day, there are no breaks or lunch time provided. Human Resources will sweep issues under the rug with absolutely no follow up.

Pros

Hybrid schedule That's it no more pros anymore

Cons

This market no longer feels like it use to with previous leadership. There is new leadership in our market and things are not going good. We are constantly told how well the company is doing and yet how bad we are doing at a local level are micromanaged, like to a whole new level. They have us work like a call center not a property management office. We have lost two tenure employees that have been dedicated to doing good for the company. They left because of all the changes, The micromanaging, Poor management, Poor leadership and broken processes are driving good people away! There are not many tenure people left. We went from a leader that valued our opinions and our growth with the company to a dictator, her way or the highway. I can not imagine this is the message the CEO is wanting to project to his employees, that dedication to this company mean nothing.
