Pros

It is a good place for a young person or someone with limited experience to learn about the real estate industry.

Cons

Upper management is deaf to the concerns of the people below them. They try to micromanage their markets and blame poor numbers on the on-the-ground employees who are overworked and underpaid. The way they treat their residents is also concerning.

Pros

Salary and insurance were reasonable

Cons

Self Serving and fast changing management. Company downsized most managers. Remaining ones appeared to manage by emotions; not good working policies. Constant turmoil.
