Pros

some employees are very nice ,

Cons

The management can careless about employees, the pay is super low the want to work the employee nonstop management is quick to put then blame on others why wok in a place were all you hear is whatever you do cover your behind always cover your behind. why work like that? management is just lazy, they walk around and do nothing but push work on others. the management is bias. the management does not valued good employees. the property managers don't even speak to residents they have temp employees have meetings with residents . they treat temporary employees very rude and they are excluded from any event but then they do all the work for the Property Managers. The management is always plotting, very secretive and not honest at all.

We pride ourselves on providing genuine care, both for our Residents AND our Associates. Take advantage of those avenues available to you. I hope it gets better for you.

Pros

Great hours, fair salary and benefits, convenient Southside location

Cons

Position/job titles constantly changing. Training is inadequate. Company is a nationwide subsidiary of a large corporation so you would think organization and communication would be better
