Pros

Plenty of work to do, listings issued without prospecting, good people that care about more than just the bottom line, good executive level that respects the opinions of agents.

Cons

Massive reduction in compensation from where the position started, to the point where the work done goes without appropriate compensation. Previously was an attitude of collaboration with cooperating brokers to get properties leased as quickly as possible with maximum effective rent, now an area where internal and cooperating brokers are in competition over a much smaller total compensation, with almost 90% of the compensation going to the broker that brings the tenant, leaving the internal agent with well below minimum wage for the amount of work going into getting that property leased.

Pros

Good salary, great benefits (Blackstone), great people to work alongside.

Cons

The leadership at the top is not good. There is no cohesion between departments, org structure is way too top heavy, too much work. Employee turnover rate near 40% and when an employee leaves it can take months to get a replacement in if they decide to replace at all. Management has admitted to being under-qualified for the position they are in on numerous occasions. Employee morale is not good.

Pros

Great acquisition team and leasing team!

Cons

Management have no clue how to run a successful, drama fee, productive environment! Besides the acquisition team, it;s every man for himself. Forget about giving 2 weeks notice, they let you go once you give notice! I could write a novel about the Bellevue Invitation Homes but honestly it's not worth my time!
