Pros

Regional personnel are great and the incoming salaries trend to be a little higher than average. Most people stay in large part because the salary is tolerable.

Cons

Corporate neither knows nor cares for its people. No genuine strategy for permanency. I have yet to meet anyone who believes in this company.

Pros

Great location in Gilbert. Decent pay and bonuses, both monthly and annually. Great people, all friendly and very hard workers. There is plenty of work but lots of play too!

Cons

All the change and instability with management. Very corporate environment, about to go public so we are very thin and they add things every day to your plate. No reviews. No consequences if employees don't do their work.

Pros

Strong group of individuals regarding experience; a lot of opportunity to learn. There were always processes and procedures to build upon, providing avenues of advancement if you could improve these. Benefits were good and the overall office environment was professional.

Cons

Leadership lacked big picture ideas. If you weren't with them, you were against them and they would certainly find a way to weed you out. Turn over made it impossible to keep strong associates, as they were always looking over their shoulders, waiting for the hammer to drop. It dropped often. Cannot continue to use the excuse of "we are still a young company"...
