Pros

Company Truck & Job Security. You will be tested to see what your made of and will learn time management and effective communications. It will sharpen your edge. Better suited for a younger person early in there career to get experience in Salesforce and overall corporate Real Estate. Great entry level position to test your abilities.

Cons

What you think is a construction rehab position is actualy a glorified maintence tech. Furthermore you are inundated with demands from leasing, management and new residents moving in not happy with details of the home wanting you to do all sorts of extras. Before you know it you realize your just a servant between leasing and new resident requests. The level of responsibilty dumped on your lap is ridiculous. Numerous people nipping at your heals like little chiwawas. Its super annoying and AWFUL! the level of distractions on a daily basis will burn you out. Be prepared to be a servent for everyones needs. All you do is problem solve everyones criticisms of your homes to make it go away and its still not good enough because of budget constraints.

Company is young and still growing - opportunities are limited -for now. Patience and hard work will payoff as the company grows.

Pros

Invitation Homes is a excellent company to work for! It's like a family here. My managers are easy to talk to about anything. The leaders are compassionate and understanding. They want you to be the best version of you and they always see the good in you, even if you don't see it in yourself. I wouldn't want to be anywhere else!

Cons

There really are no downsides
